What we're looking forward to

• Degree or equivalent plus at least seven years' experience in process and automation technology and/or cybersecurity, ideally combined with a background in industrial engineering and operational technology
• Broad expertise in domains that are relevant for Industrial and OT cybersecurity such as integrated governance and risk management, cloud and IIoT Security, threat detection and response, network security, vulnerability and patch management and familiarity with industry frameworks, standards, and regulations
• Strong business acumen, a good blend of commercial, sales and technical skills, a consultative mindset, and a proven track record in aligning with customers
• Experience in leading teams, ability to attract and develop cybersecurity talents and to coach others in a matrix structure environment
• Cross-functional and innovative team player with analytical, problem-solving and communication strength, fluency in both Swedish and English and willingness to travel
