Who are we looking for?
You will be a part of the Stockholm office and part ofa great dedicated team. The business will be driven with a startup mentality soexpect chaos, high paste, passion, and a lot of fun. It's very important thatyou can handle and enjoy continuous changes and problem solving, a natural andnecessary part in building new business.
As a client developer you will drive all salesactivities towards clients and at the same time be deeply involved indeveloping the whole concept. You will work very closely with other parts inoperations, building up a strong sales and delivery is a true team work. Youwill be responsible for selling a new concept to both new and existing clients,so you need to be a strong networker and be able to build trust and long-termrelationships.
You will work with B2B sales where developing newbusiness at already existing clients and new clients will be very central inyour everyday work. We believe that you have at least 3 years of relevantexperience within sales and that you have a great passion for sales, IT, andbusiness. You will be located in Stockholm but some travel may occur.
Role responsibilities/tasks
- Outbound sales
- Proactively and Actively locate new business opportunities within already existing but also new clients
- Work with forecasts and budget
- Drive the sales process from start to end - take full ownership of the whole process
- Work towards achieving both team- and individual sales goals and objectives
- Be a key person in developing the business model and proactively propose improvements that lead to an awesome customer satisfaction
- Role model for client team and lead by example based on your clients game plans
- Having Fun while doing all the above
Role requirements:
- A few years of successful sales experience
- Good communication skills and proactive attitude
- Good understanding of IT, technical and business needs
- Strong communication skills and fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- You build relationships naturally
- You take initiatives and carry them through
- You are determined and set targets, short- and long term, working persistently to reach them
- You are trustworthy and take on challenges with a high energy level and by engaging others
- Experience from both private and public sector is an advantage
- As we develop long-termrelationships in this role, it is a big advantage if you also have knowledge oflong-term -sales processes and have a good insight into the buyers'decision-making processes. Experience of sales within IT, consultancy servicesor technical sales, is a plus.
