Bid Management Analyst for Sales Excellence

QualificationsTo succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Worked at least 2 years in bid management or similar role, with a solid track record of handling bids in complex sectors.
- Keen interest in working more closely with sales teams. This can help offset the need for extensive bid management experience.
- Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and coordinate efforts to meet agreed timelines.
- A good understanding of sales processes, deal shaping, competitive positioning, and financial modeling.
- Clear and effective communication skills in both English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with applicationoutsourcing, system integration, or cloud technologies is a plus.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate personal needs and ensure a healthy work-life balance.
TheBid Managerwill report directly to theBid Management Leadand will be based inStockholm, Sweden.
