Responsible Foreman
Are you an experienced construction professional looking to take on an exceptionally demanding project? We are looking for a Responsible Foreman to oversee the construction of a new data center in Vihti.
What are the main responsibilities?
You will oversee and manage all aspects of the data center construction project, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project specifications are met. You will supervise construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective work practices. Monitoring project progress, managing schedules, and ensuring timely completion of milestones are crucial aspects of this role. Regular site inspections will be conducted to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. You will also resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

- Higher education degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or some other similar field
- Multiple years of experience in supervisory roles within the construction industry
- Experience with large-scale construction projects (e.g. Industial or office buildings, hospitals, transportation terminals etc.)
- Previous experience of data centers is considered as an advantage.
