Job description
The Robot Design Lab at the Mechatronics unit is searching for two research student assistants, who will assist with research tasks related to the design, rapid prototyping, assembly and control of soft and rigid electromechanical components intended for use in robotic systems. These components will be integrated into the social and assistive robotic setups we are currently developing under our ongoing research projects. The length and extent of the position are discussed with Asst. Prof. Georgios Andrikopoulos, who leads the tasks and activities related to these activities.

Qualifications
Requirements
- You should be admitted to first or second-level cycle education at a Swedish university
Preferred qualifications
- Student at KTH
- CAD design knowledge (e.g. Solidworks, Solid Edge, Fusion 360)
- Experience in 3D printing
- Programming knowledge in MATLAB and Simulink/Simscape
- Knowledge in electromechanical assembly
