About this opportunity:

We're excited to present an exciting role as a Research Intelligence Manager within the Real Estate team at Ericsson.

Ericsson's Real Estate unit handles all workplaces and properties worldwide including offices. The Global Workplace Community & Innovation (GWCI) team strives to build a working environment crafted around our employee needs, maximising impact & value by constantly looking to innovate. The GWCI team are increasing the efforts and resourcing in research to employee and business user needs and ways of working. In addition to other roles contributing to this field, the introduction of a research analyst will support the handling, processing and reading of data used by the team. This role will work closely with existing team members and collaborators from across the Real Estate Organisation to bring new thinking and development of the research cycle.

What you will do:

● Work with data related to the performance of workplace from an employee experience lens. Be the SME within the GWCI team to provide an intelligence on how individuals and teams are performing within office space designed and delivered and future needs.
● Responsibility for creating plans and programs for data analysis including hypothesis, testing, identify patterns, derive insights and conclusions on GWCI owned data.
● Align to GWCI Research Strategy and workstreams with a data collection element, providing SME on scoping, to manage gathering, analyzing, validation, challenge assumptions, interpret and critique results.
● Responsible for adhering to internal GDPR and other approval processes for the administration, collection, migration
● Work closely with other Real Estate Units on handling of data, and adherence to RE Org processes and ways of working and data products.
● Interface with other internal Ericsson Functions with a responsibility on employee and experience related data to combine and collaborate on efforts. e.g. People Analytics, Digital Experience etc.
● Contribute to proposals of and monitoring of internal workplace metrics managed by GWCI

The skills you bring:

• Enthusiasm and curiosity in the use and role of workplace in the performance of individuals, teams and the business

• Competence in Python and/or R and SQL
• Track record in statistics and probability, machine learning and algorithms
• Data base management, data privacy as well as techniques such as linear and logistic regression analysis, decision trees and other and data visualization.
• Team player, and shared values in a highly engaged and collaborative unit.
• Track record or skills using Ericsson systems such as Snowflake or Power BI is a benefit. Skills in AI or Machine Learning is an additional benefit
• Analytical and organised way of working, eagerness to problem solve.
• Background in workplace, real estate, employee experience is a significant advantage
