An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Specialist to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our bakery in Pantelimon, Ilfov.

In this role, you will implement the quality management system and customers' standards and you will be actively involved in the design, planning and execution of related activities.

This is what you will do

• Identify the quality, hygiene, or food safety non-conformities of each product and / or raw materials and implement the necessary corrective actions
• Act as an ambassador of quality standards and group's quality strategy and processes
• Participate in the evaluation and resolution of customers' complaints
• Participate in the elaboration and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Are involved in internal audits, certification processes, and second party audits
• Identify the training needs related to quality matters and deliver related trainings

Kvalifikationer
This is what you need to succeed:

• University Degree
• Any quality related certification represents an advantage
• Previous experience in food quality
• Fluent in Romanian and English
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
• Availability to work in shifts (including night shift)
