About the role
We are looking for a talentedDeveloper withinFixed Income Team. You'll work with a talented group of developers and quants leveraging the latest technologies to solve complex challenges in the fast-paced world of fixed income markets. Our core system, Prime Front Arena (PFA), plays a pivotal role in SEB's Fixed Income, Commodities, Equities and Securities Lending business.
As a key contributor, you will help us develop and enhance this critical system that supports SEB's global financial operations.
What you will be doing:
• Develop solutions in Prime Front Arena based on the business requirements.
•Collaborate with users to understand their functional and technical needs and address challenges effectively.
•Configure, integrate, and customizeour products to meet business requirements.
• Take part insupporting the system from end-user and technical standpoint.
•Liaise with Product Owner, Scrum master, and colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have
• Knowledge of the Prime Front Arena and experience with tools likeGitHub.
• A development background inPython or exposure to programming.
• Knowledge ofLinux/Windows OS, database andVisual Studio.
• Experience in a client facing technical support roleor animplementation/delivery role.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement creative, pragmatic solutions.
•It's also considered meritorious if you have:
• Familiarity with financial systems, such asCalypso, Wallstreet, SimCorpor similar,market connectivity, or fixed income trading platforms.
