AstraZeneca is seeking a highly skilled and experiencedPower Platform Expertto join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft's Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents) to drive digital transformation, enhance business processes, and deliver innovative solutions that cater to our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate that meet business requirements.
• Delivering of trainings and Low-Code No-Code structure for Sweden Operations
• Lead the integration of Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and external data sources.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis and work closely with stakeholders to define clear project scopes and deliverables, including delivering business hackathons when required.
• Develop custom connectors, model-driven apps, and canvas apps to enhance business processes and user experiences.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for solution architecture, design decisions, and development practices.
• Deliver insightful analytics and reporting capabilities using Power BI, empowering decision-makers with actionable intelligence.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and methodologies within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Stay abreast of the latest Power Platform updates, features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Essential for the role

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate).
• Ability to manage a cross-functional product development and deployment process, including teams of people with diverse skills to perform the needed tasks
• Comfortable operating in a heavily matrixed organizations with excellent communication skills and intuition to manage the needs of various stakeholders.
• Solid Project and / or Product management skills, including timelines and risks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to manage and influence strategically and persuade tactfully, to obtain desired outcomes while maintaining effective, positive, organizational relationships.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 integration and capabilities.

Desirable for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with SQL, Azure services, and API development.
• Experience leading or working on agile development teams.
• Proficient in data modeling, analysis, and visualization techniques
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, comfortable with complexity and uncertainty at times, lots of humour, dedication to deliver outcomes and motivated by the opportunity to rethink our approach to digital solutions in healthcare manufacturing.
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related areas are highly desirable.
• Strong English and Swedish language capabilities is a desirable for the role.
