We are looking for a driver to join the model risk management team. As a driver you are holding key responsibilities in reporting on model risk within the bank as well as defining and refining these reports. Moreover, you will also coordinate the involvement of model risk management in the regulatory reporting and processes the bank is involved in.

What you'll be doing:
  • Scope and plan reporting tasks that the Model Risk Management function has to engage in, both internally but also on a group wide level. You will do this in a self-driven and independent way
  • Ensure that stakeholders enter relevant information into the bank's model risk management system in a timely and structured manner and follow up with these stakeholders if things lag
  • Ensure that data in our model risk management system is always up to date and engage with relevant stakeholders to remediate if this is not the case.
  • Set up a structured system to define and maintain our controls and ensure periodic execution of and reporting on such controls
  • Deliver well-structured, high-quality work through thorough analysis, creative problem-solving, good stakeholder management and strong process facilitation to contribute to overall and long-term stakeholder satisfaction
  • Ensure programme plans and reporting obligations are developed, signed-off and continually maintained and that all stakeholder are always aware of obligations on the reporting tasks
  • Assist in preparing high-quality deliverables, typically in PowerPoint and ensuring inputs from the team are factored in
  • Develop and deliver robust stakeholder engagement plans in order to establish and maintain strong relationships and clear lines of communication with all participants
  • Schedule and lead status meetings, ensuring that all attendees are readily briefed and furnished with appropriate reading material well in advance


Who you are

This is the right role for you if you have:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in reporting and programme management activities
  • Strong experience in data manipulation
  • Previous management consulting experience could be an advantage
  • Knowledge of and experience with the various uses of models in a bank is an advantage
  • Great communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong ability to interact with key stakeholders throughout the bank
  • Self-driven, structured professional with proactive attitude and strong drive
  • Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex issues
  • Written and spoken English on a superior level
  • Handles tasks and issues with an analytical and structured approach and support the team in doing the same
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills at superior level
