Objective: Design and implement comprehensive technology solutions that address specific business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand business requirements.

• Identify potential technology solutions.

• Design and plan the implementation of the chosen solution.

• Collaborate with various teams, including developers, project managers, and analysts, to ensure effective implementation.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of the solution and make necessary adjustments.

Tasks:

1. Define and document the overall solution architecture.

2. Work with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and requirements.

3. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms for the solution.

4. Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices.

5. Ensure that the solution meets performance, scalability, and security requirements.

6. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.

7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the solution.

8. Participate in the continuous improvement of the solution and its components.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Proven experience working with insurance, Bank and or in a large organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Our clientbelieve that you have been working as a developer before and has great technical knowledge.
• Proficient in designing and implementing technology solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with different stakeholders.

• Familiarity with .Net or similar technologies
• Ability to lead and guide technical teams.
• You will work with a team in Malaysia so you should be able to work well over teams.
