Does that sound like a fit for you? About the role: As a Solution Architect in the API area, you'll play a crucial role in building our API-driven platform and governance. You will contribute to the transformation of our API platforms, a highly prioritized area, ensuring seamless integrations for both our internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural work within the API area. Mentor and guide development teams in adopting API standards and practices. Coordinate the architecture change agenda for API solutions in the Business Infrastructure domain. Support various API transition initiatives with your expertise and experience. Act as an advisor to stakeholders on both the business and technology sides. Drive innovation by designing scalable and secure API solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align API strategies with business goals. Ensure the reliability and performance of API services through best practices and continuous improvement. Influence the future direction of our API strategies.
To thrive in this role we believe you have:
Experience in architecture within the API domain. Hands-on experience working with APIs and API platforms. Ability to model, visualize, and communicate architectural solutions across various technologies and platforms. Familiarity with modern development paradigms such as event-driven architecture, microservices, and cloud. Excellent communication skills, bridging both business and IT. Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus. Proficiency in English.
Bonus Points for Experience with:
DevOps and Continuous Delivery. Microservices architecture and REST APIs. Authentication protocols like OpenID Connect (OIDC) and OAuth.
