We are now looking for a Head of Nordea Finance Debt Collection Transformation Office to take responsibility for the newly established team overseeing Debt Collection remediation programme activities in Nordea Finance.

Debt Collection transformation office is established to oversee a change and remediation programme related to regulatory requirements within Debt Collection. You'll join Nordea Finance Nordic Collections unit and be responsible for the newly established team focusing on programme management.

What you will be doing:

• Be part of establishing the unit and manage its daily operations to ensure that Nordea Finance delivers according to its targets
• Recruit and onboard team members according to set plans, including management of potential external employees and consultants
• Manage complex projects, including Debt Collection Remediation Programme, including monitor programme targets, report of progress and meet strategic objectives
• Contribute to development in collaboration with Process Management, Service Areas and Business to increase overall competency
• Be an active member of Nordic Collections leadership team and contribute to strategic topics
• Proactively manage the stakeholder relationships and collaborate closely with the representatives from the Group and within Nordea Finance

You will report to the Head of NF Nordic Collections, Ylva Hägglund.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are/have:

• Previous experience with programme management, project management, or similar
• Previous experience working with large transformational change in cross boarder organisation
• A solid business and strategic understanding
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, being able to connect with people in all levels, countries, and across the value chain of Nordea Group
• A true team player with a strong ability to operate in a fast-paced, challenging and changing business environment
• A proven ability to lead change
• Solution-oriented, structured, proactive, self-motivated and live Nordea's values
• Strategic mindset and ability to formalize tactical agendas
• Debt Collection experience and knowledge preferred
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
