Who we are looking for

We are looking for candidates who have

• Master's degree with excellent academic performance / or will receive degree before October 2025
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English - Swedish is beneficial but not required
• Excellent analytical- and problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly understand new context
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
• Passion and drive to work in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member

Office and starting date

We are looking for graduates to join our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö in late summer/early autumn 2025. Mobility and flexibility to either work physically at an office (client or Accenture), or in a virtual "home office" is expected. This requires you to both have a high degree of flexibility for travelling to our clients or working with international teams virtually.
