About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Global Pricing Manager to join our Food & Water division within the BU GPHE. This is a new position created as part of our business strategy to enhance our pricing capabilities. In this role, you will develop pricing guidelines to ensure competitive and logical product pricing, optimizing total profitability.

Our current need in the Food & Water division, is to secure the necessary competence and drive pricing projects in GPHE (CS, Parts, Services) and Contherm products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and ensure consistency and effectiveness across regions.

This position is based on Lund only.

You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer needs. You have a proven track record in pricing management and possess strong analytical skills. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively with global teams. You are a proactive leader who can influence and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you know

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. You need to have proven experience in pricing management, ideally within the food and water industry. Strong analytical skills are essential, as you'll need to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in pricing software and tools is required, along with a solid understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors that impact pricing.
