Power Transformers in Ludvika, are now looking for a Factory management assistant that will support the management teams with various tasks and activities.

Your responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with line managers and their teams, fostering operational efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and consultants within the Power Transformers organization.
- Engage in communication and collaboration with local and global line management assistants.
- Coordinate conferences and meetings, both internally and externally, to support effective stakeholder engagement.
- Have the ability to take initiative and act as a collaborative partner for managers in the organization
- Provide support to the management team with reports, presentations, and personnel administration.
- Contribute to local and global strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing employee and customer experiences.
Your background
- Seen as meritorious if you have an education in business management and leadership experience.
- Demonstrate experience and interest in administration and service, offering a valuable advantage for this position.
- Possess strong coordination and structured skills to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exhibit a proactive mindset, anticipating both challenges and opportunities in the operational environment.
- Showcase excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a dynamic and multicultural setting.
- Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with others.
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken, is essential as you become a part of our global business.
