As Director IT Infrastructure & Services at our HQ office in Stockholm your main contribution will be to develop and execute the organization's IT service and infrastructure strategy in alignment with the business goals and to ensure the IT infrastructure supports current and future business needs. You will report to the CFO.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Director of IT Infrastructure & Services, you will ensure seamless IT operations, security, and scalability, aligning technology with organizational goals while optimizing performance and service delivery through strategic management. Reporting to the CFO, you will play a key role in driving an efficient, high-performing IT infrastructure that supports business objectives and exceptional service by:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and data centers
• Optimize infrastructure performance and scalability to support organizational growth
• Establish and maintain ITIL-based service management practices
• Monitor, measure, and report on IT service performance and user satisfaction
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology solutions that address strategic objectives
• Manage IT service and infrastructure budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
• Manage IT security by implementing robust cyber-security and disaster recovery plans

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

• Several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a globally operating group
• Experience working with infrastructure
• Exceptional English communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences
