Acting Digital Product Owner (DPO) and SCRUM master for an agile team. The team currently consist of 8 members (Data Architect, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists) located in Sweden and Brazil.

As a DPO for this team you will:

• Play a big role in the AI journey that our client is just initiating in this team together with Business stakeholders.
• Work close and collaborate with Business Stakeholders such as DPMs (Digital Product Manager) and SMEs (Solution Matter Experts).
• Together with DPMs on a regular basis update the high-level Roadmap for the coming 18 months.
• Ensure that the product development backlog is organized, prioritized, and kept up to date.

• Support the team in creating product specifications in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria, to ensure the stable team have all required information to deliver the desired outcome.
• Work with team development to secure the long and short-term plans for proper capacity and competence.
• As a SCRUM master drive the Agile Journey in the team and contribute to that the Agile maturity gradually improves.
• Lead and drive PI and Sprint planning's.
• Manage dependencies and collaborate with other teams and business partners, as needed.
• Secure that SLAs are fulfilled end to end for any solutions managed by the team.

Experience and skills:

• Leading IT delivery teams: Senior
• SCRUM Master: Professional
• Experience within the Analytics & BI (Business Intelligence) area
• Experience within the GenAI and AI/Machine Learning area is a plus
