About the job
You will maintain and develop our working methods and tools within shared service area working closely with our agile release train (ART) and cross functional throughout Länsförsäkringar.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Working according to and contributing in implementing the scaled agile framework (SAFe) through DevSecOps transformation.
* Testing and evaluating new tools and methods for effective IT development
* Providing the teams with platform knowledge, CI/CD pipelines and understanding their needs
* Supporting the teams with active error and problem troubleshooting
* Support with roadmaps, lifecycle management such as upgrades/production of new versions and/or features
* Sharing knowledge within the organization to promote DevSecOps practices
Who are you?
We think you have:
* 8+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and related concepts.
* Academic degree in system development, software engineering, or equivalent working experience.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, Azure/TFS, or similar platforms.
* Understanding of DevSecOps principles and a lean agile mindset.
* Experience with OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
* Relevant certifications or extensive SAFe implementation experience.
* Demonstrated leadership in DevSecOps transformation.
You have experience in:
* OpenShift (containerization, orchestration, application provisioning, cloud platforms)
* Azure DevOps
* CI/CD setup and development (GIT)
* Programming languages: Bash, Python, Java, JavaScript, C#
* Operating Systems: Windows, Linux
* Documented knowledge in SAFe (Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, or SAFe Agile Software Engineering)
* Monitoring and tools experience, e.g., ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
* DevSecOps mindset
Desirable Skills:
* Kubernetes
* Selenium
* UI/API Test Automation
* AWS
* Jenkins
* SoapUI, ReadyAPI

You have an aptitude for pedagogy and can and want to teach new ways of working. We think you have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English, preferably understand Swedish in speech and writing. You are meticulous, responsible, un-prestigious and proactive. You have the ability to demonstrate seniority and technical leadership in your field. Furthermore, you are a self-starter, but at the same time you value team work and enjoy coaching others if needed. You have a service minded approach and ability to communicate in an educational and structured way.
