Your mission

In this role, you'll:

• Be hands-on, designing and building scalable, production-ready data pipelines and platforms using modern tools and frameworks.
• Tame diverse data sources , adapting creatively and quickly to changing business needs and data landscapes.
• Drive end-to-end data engineering solutions, from architecture design to implementation.
• Define and establish ways of working (WoWs), ensuring best practices for data engineering.
• Mentor and coach team members, helping to grow a collaborative and high-performing data engineering team.

Your profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual who excels in working independently with minimal supervision. You should demonstrate a creative approach to problem-solving and possess a "go-getter" attitude, always striving to find solutions and overcome challenges. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills are essential, enabling you to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

You aso bring:

• Expert-level proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, etc.).
• A degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Extensive experience working with large-scale data systems in global organizations.
• A strong foundation in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Problem-solving creativity to manage and integrate varied data sources in dynamic environments.
• Experience in supply chain data systems is a bonus but not required.
