Your daily responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers on an e-commerce platform through various channels (phone, email, and chat), based on business needs
Identifying client issues, handling complaints, providing solutions and alternatives, and guiding customers within the set timeframes
Following provided guides and protocols during training to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Delivering professional customer support
Collaborating with colleagues or different teams to resolve more complex cases
Your Qualifications:
Language Skills: Proficient in Danish (B2 or C1 level) with good English communication skills (B1 level).
Experience: Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Technical Skills: Good computer skills and familiarity with common software.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to research and identify accurate solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented, professional, and detail-focused attitude.
