COST ESTIMATOR INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS
Cowi is now seeking more employees to assist our clients in the transition to a sustainable society. We offer, among other things, qualified services in the area of industrial cost estimation and are now looking for an experienced civil engineer with a focus on cost estimation who wants to take the next step in their professional development.

The group is part of the Procurement and Project services . We are leaders in Scandinavia in Process Technology and possess unique expertise that is in demand for projects aimed at creating a sustainable society. Within the department, we have, among others, process engineers, project managers, calculation engineers, planners, and project engineers.

JOB DUTIES
Supervision, cost management for major areas, estimating in alignment of project objectives
- Providing support to EPCM Contractors and assistance in resolution of problems
- Co-ordinate with EPCM contractors and establish a process to accurately forecast cost upwards from construction contractors and supply vendors
- Prepare and assist the Project Manager and discipline leads in the development and delivery of written/oral presentations to stakeholders
- Coordinate the interface with stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
- Approximately 5 years of experience of cost estimating on industrial projects
- Strong grasp of project delivery phases and associated activities, as outlined in cost management procedures and guidelines
- Proficient in the application of cost engineering, estimating, and planning practices outlined in AACE and PMI standards
- Strong coordination, communication skills and influencing skills
