Vattenfall is looking for aCompensation & Benefits Specialistto support the Nordic countries. The position reports to the Compensation & Benefits Manager in Sweden and is part of a globalCompensation & Benefitsteam that collaborates with the wider People and Culture staff function department across all Vattenfall locations. The main responsibility of ourCompensation & Benefitsteam is to drive and support the Compensation & Benefit (C&B) agenda for Vattenfall in the Nordic countries.

In this role you will provide guidance and expertise on key compensation and benefits matters to ensure our company remains competitive for talent attraction, engagement and retention. You will collaborate with HR and Business leaders to ensure the administration and management of compensation and benefits programs mainly in Sweden, but also supporting other Nordic countries, ensuring that they are consistent with the global C&B strategy and key business needs.

As a member of theCompensation & Benefitsteam, you will also participate in various projects with our colleagues in Germany, Netherlands and UK, and contribute to the development of the group wideCompensation & Benefitsarea. Together with the People Service organization you will contribute to creating smooth and efficient processes to improve our "ways of working".

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of policies within the C&B area in the Nordic countries
• Analysis of different data sets to draw conclusions on effectiveness of existing and new reward elements including the provision of reporting information in cooperation with People Analytics
• As a subject matter expert you will consult and give input to other internal/external experts on reward topics including legal and regulatory requirements related
• Regular cooperation with the other members of the group wide C&B team to support in the total reward strategy by contributing to group standards and translating global policies into local regulations while considering the guidelines for Swedish state-owned companies
• Keeping yourself up to date with current regulations and monitoring changes in the C&B area in the EU and Sweden, to later translate them into concrete actions (e.g. EU Pay Transparency Directive)
• Collaborate with HRBPs and other internal stakeholder to understand their business demands
• Prepare C&B trainings for HRBPs and other target groups in Vattenfall, as well as communications on reward policies and processes to ensure its proper execution
• Delivery of C&B input to Industrial Relations for negotiations with unions and work councils

Din bakgrund

• Academic degree in a relevant field such as human resources, business administration or law
• At least 5 years of C&B experience in an international company or consultancy
• Knowledge on various types of reward schemes & processes
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English
• You possess good written and spoken communication skills
• You are skilled with the Excel program and have experience presenting complex data in an understandable way
• It is beneficial if you are familiar with SAP and are accustomed to learning and working with new systems
