Join us in building a sustainable future!As a Compensation & Benefits Coordinator at Foxway, you will play a crucial role in partnering with our onsite managers to create an excellent employee experience. As part of our development plan, we are now looking for a new colleague to join our ambitious People & Culture team, focusing on HR matters including tasks like salary, insurance, benefits, collective agreements, HR system and HR related projects. The Compensation & Benefits Coordinator will advise and support management and employees across a range of functionalities.

What you'll do as a Compensation & Benefits Coordinator
You'll serve as a trusted advisor providing guidance and support to management on comp & ben matters, systems, procedures, and practices relating to the employee lifecycle.
You'll be responsible for assessing the HR needs of the organization and designing, developing, and integrating our internal processes. An exciting part of this role is undertaking projects such as system updates, seeking efficiencies & improvements, as well as driving various other HR projects within the Swedish organization.

Come from and HR Admin/Coordinator background - this is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to step up and make the role their own. To succeed in this role, you are driven and proactive, have the ability to identify organizational needs and you're not afraid to take on and drive projects.
In addition, you:
- Have 2-5 years of experience working in a similar role
- Possess a solid understanding of HR processes, policies and salary coordination within in Sweden
- Have a proven track record of meeting transactional deadlines accurately
- Ideally have experience working with HiBob or similar HR systems
- Have experience working closely with management and HRBPs on salary reviews, bonuses etc.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR related matters
- Have an education in HR administration and/or Finance or similar
- Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively in a team, contribute positively to team operations, and build strong working relationships
- Fluency in Swedish and English; The successful candidate must be able to read, write and speak both languages fluently
