Your mission
As part of the CAD and Simulation team, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving IT systems that enable critical business processes. You'll collaborate closely with the team's Product Owner and other stakeholders to translate end-user needs into efficient technical solutions, focusing on software license management, configurations, and system optimization.

You'll work closely with various teams in theOperations Solutions departmentand directly interact with end-users to understand their needs.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience as an application administrator, with expertise in PTC Creo and a solid understanding of server management. Knowledge of IT systems and CAD/Simulation tools, along with the ability to configure and maintain software effectively, is essential. An undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Network Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred.
You thrive in a proactive and flexible work environment, taking initiative, thinking strategically, and solving problems creatively. Effective communication and collaboration skills are crucial, as is the ability to work well in agile environments. A service-minded attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality systems and solutions are key. Since you'll work with international teams, fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Swedish is a plus but not mandatory.
Location
This position can be located in Örebro, Sweden or in Bangalore, India depending on the successful candidate's location.

Your mission

- Perform preventive maintenance and propose process improvements.
- Support users with tools such as PTC Creo, AutoCAD, and Ansys, in collaboration with teams managing the Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management tool.
- Configure and maintain CAD and Simulation software, manage integrations, and ensure application performance and reliability.
- Manage server configurations for CAD and Simulation tools.
- Troubleshoot issues, install updates, and resolve incidents promptly.
