We are looking for a Business System Administrator who is passionate about supporting the organisation with various ERP-related issues. You are committed not only to supporting and troubleshooting but also to identifying incorrect usage and subsequently recommending improvements to work methods.

The IT & Digitalisation department is an important function to support business needs. As a Modern Workplace Specialist, you will focus on leveraging collaboration technologies and digital solutions to enhance organisational productivity.

The role reports to the Head of IT & Digitalisation and will be located at Business Sweden's Headquarters, centrally located at the World Trade Center in Stockholm.

The role includes operational responsibilities such as:
  • Provide second-line support: Problem-solving and escalating support cases.
  • System Maintenance and Support: Ensure the proper functioning and availability of systems by monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal or external resources for maintenance and support activities.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to utilise the systems effectively. This may involve creating training materials, conducting workshops, and addressing user inquiries or issues.
  • Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving business processes through the effective use of technology systems. This may involve analysing current workflows, conducting process mapping, and recommending process improvements or automation.

Formal requirements
  • You have an academic degree in Computer and System Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience with Unit4 ERP administration in a similar role.
  • You have knowledge of financial processes and how they are implemented in the system.
  • You have documented and deep knowledge of Unit4 ERP.
  • You have a high level of proficiency in English and Swedish.
