SEB Corporate & Private Customers (C&PC) provides all financial services to small and medium-sized companies as well as private individuals in Sweden. This department gives access to the bank's total financial service offering via SEB's digital channels, telephone, and SEB branch offices. The division is undergoing a strong digitalization transformation of both business models and technical platforms.

What you will be doing
As a Business Architect at C&PC you will, together with the team, secure our architectural models, our processes and solutions in both business planning and domain planning. You will perform transformation analysis of business strategies to recommend on where to develop and transform. You will also be involved in in early business analysis of group common transformations, to suggest most suitable set up and involvement for further implementation in the division.
In your daily work you will collaborate with colleagues in the C&PC CIO function, as well as colleagues from the rest of the division. You will also collaborate with architects within SEB group and many other roles within the organization.
Candidate profile
· You are a certified business architect and have an analytic mindset.
· You have experience of all elements of business architecture and agile way of working.
· If you have experience from working with Aris and Cordials business architectural tools or similar, it will be useful
· Knowledge of the end customer, private and corporate customers, is essential
· You have a holistic perspective as well as an understanding of the importance of details
· You are pragmatic and comfortable when working in different set ups
· You are a good listener, communicator and a team player
· You see change as an opportunity to improve
· Networking comes naturally to you
· Insights in new technology as enablers for new business models are valued
· You have an academic education, and you are fluent in written & spoken Swedish and English
