Skills development has always been important to us and in addition to development opportunities in your consulting assignment and various technical trainings, we have internal programs for personal development. Flow by Sigma is a program that focuses on, among other things, balance in everyday life, how to set and achieve personal goals and how to handle change. We also have a mentoring program that starts up every year with a number of mentors and mentees. We also offer Linkedin Learning licenses for those interested in digital tutorials.

- MSc in Systems Development or equivalent
- Knowledge in platform for Android (Android Automotive and AOSP)
- At least 3 years of experience in system development in Java and/or C++ in a Linux environment
- Experience of working agile and knowledge in CI/CD
- Knowledge in GIT, Jira, Confluence and Python
