About the roleWe at Xensam are seeking an innovative and skilled AI Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for cutting-edge machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.

As our AI Developer, youwill be instrumental in designing, implementing, and deploying advanced AI models, with a strong focus on LLM and NLP.

ResponsibilitiesYou willdevelop and fine-tune AI models, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.You will alsodesign and implement LLM and NLP models, employing techniques like LoRA and adapters for optimal performance.Other responsibilities that you will have:

Preprocess and engineer features for large-scale datasets, ensuring readiness for model training.

Deploy ML models to production using MLOps practices, containerization tools (e.g., Docker), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Utilize frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch for neural network and ML model development.

Optimize and evaluate model performance, implementing tuning strategies to improve results.

Collaborate with multipleteams using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.

Proficiency in Python, with experience in NN and ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Experience in deploying machine learning models into production environments using MLOps best practices.

Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Expertise in preprocessing large datasets and performing feature engineering for LLM training.

Experience in training and fine-tuning LLMs and NLP models.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, communicating technical concepts clearly.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile team.

Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and preferably Swedish.
