About this opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Agile Coach to design, implement, and oversee the Agile execution model for our most strategic, cross-functional transformations, such as Product Flow and Next Generation Software Flow. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping agile strategy, guiding multiple teams through projects to achieve agile maturity and execution excellence, and ensuring alignment with Ericsson's overarching strategic goals.

As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will play a crucial role in embedding agile practices that drive organizational transformation and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

What you will do:

  • Design, implement, and manage the agile execution model for large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Drive agile maturity and execution excellence across multiple teams by shaping strategy and aligning practices with Ericsson's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to promote an agile culture that supports Ericsson's goals and business outcomes.
  • Mentor and support other Agile Coaches, Product Owners, and team leaders, building a strong internal agile coaching community.
  • Implement and scale agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) across complex team structures, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination.
  • Continuously assess team and organizational agile maturity, delivering feedback to elevate performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Create a collaborative, transparent environment that fosters trust and problem-solving across Ericsson's teams.


The skills you bring:

  • Extensive experience as an Agile Coach, with deep practical knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and scaling methodologies (SAFe, LeSS).
  • Proven track record in driving organizational change and transformation at an enterprise level.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to coach senior leaders and engage stakeholders across departments.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to align agile practices with business goals and priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
