About the role:
As part of the Web Group team within Marketing and Communications, you will manage and optimise content for our corporate website. The team holds a central responsibility for sebgroup.com and supports our international sites, ensuring compliance with our guidelines, accessibility standards, and legal requirements. Web Group plays a crucial role in developing a user-friendly, visually appealing, and competitive website that strengthens our global brand. Close collaboration with stakeholders, content owners, other marketing teams, and business units is essential for delivering a seamless and unified customer experience.
As Web Content Manager, you will oversee projects, editorial tasks, and daily administrative functions. Your role involves editing and structuring content, navigation, and positioning based on the brand, products, target audience, and overall purpose.

We are seeking a positive and curious team player who thrives on cross-team and cross-business collaboration. You should be solution-oriented, with a customer-centric approach and a holistic perspective in your work.
We will prioritise candidates with proven experience in optimising websites and have a sharp eye for content management and structural thinking. Ideally, you are driven by web performance and analytics andcan guide and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. Experience in marketing and communications is also highly meriting.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have/are:
- A minimum of three years' experience in website content management.
- Strong expertise with CMS tools, preferably Optimizely (Episerver).
- Expertise with web analytics and SEO tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Ahrefs, Siteimprove, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with Web Content Accessibility.
- Proficiency in image editing tools, such as Adobe Photoshop.
- Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and verbal.
