At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
Completed any parental leave (VAB)
Willingness to participate in our specialized training
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate
Flexibility and reliability
What We Offer
We are now offering three positions at 80-100%, working with a 17-year-old girl who needs experienced and mature individuals as part of her team!
The workplace is located in her home, where you will work closely with her parents and the rest of the team.
About You
We imagine you as someone who:
Is 30+- 50 years old and has solid experience helping someone in their daily life. And has a minimum of 5 years experience as Personlig Assistent
Is accustomed to physical interaction/work with others
Finds joy in making a difference for others
Is physically and mentally strong and balanced!
Is healthy and eager to work!
Is open to learning new skills!
Is experienced working both independently and collaboratively.
Enjoys calm and peaceful environments!
Has personal and professional maturity and a well-organized life.
Has completed any parental leave (VAB).
Enjoys working in a home and family environment.
Is eager to grow with us over the long term! 💫

Additional Information
Employment to start as agreed, with a 1-month trial period.
Open positions now for approximately 30-40 hours/week, with working hours between 7:00 and 20:00 on weekdays and weekends. Sometimes nights as experience grows with time.
The schedule is adapted to our varying needs and may change occasionally.

Pets (cats and dogs) are present in the home.
We are accepting female applicants only.
