Mediatool is looking for a Vice President of Sales EMEA to drive growth, optimize sales processes, and build strong customer relationships in one of our most dynamic markets. 💼What You'll Do:

As VP of Sales EMEA, your key responsibilities include:

• Shape revenue strategies to expand market presence, generate leads, and drive customer success.
• Continuously refine and improve sales processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet ambitious revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the VP Sales North America to align strategies and coordinate cross-regional initiatives.
• Oversee pipeline management and provide data-driven insights to Mediatool's executive team.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain Mediatool's competitive edge.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• 10+ years in senior sales roles, with 5+ years in leadership, ideally in SaaS or software industries.
• A proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in high-growth environments.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing successful teams.
• Expertise in sales strategy, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
