Key responsibilities in a nutshell:
- Collaborating closely with marketing, customer success, and occasionally product design teams to deliver timely and objective-oriented design executions.
- Maintaining and enhancing brand guidelines and style guides to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Actively participating in cross-functional collaborations, offering design perspectives and suggestions.
- Managing a diverse array of projects, from strategic, long-term initiatives like releasing templates for various use cases to quick-turnaround tasks such as social media posts or event presentations.
- Utilizing key design software and tools, primarily Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with the opportunity to expand skills in Webflow and video editing.
What does success look like during the year?
- After 30 days: Acquire a solid understanding of our products and begin to fluently incorporate our brand into design work. Your integration into the team and grasp of our visual identity will be key indicators of a great start.
- After 90 days: Achieve self-sufficiency in producing basic visual assets for routine marketing needs. By now, you should be comfortable working within our technical environment and contributing ideas to enhance our visual communications.
- After 360 Days: Make meaningful contributions to all our visual properties, including our website, and possibly enhance our visual identity. Success in this role means high-quality outputs and a can-do attitude towards making significant improvements to our visual branding.

Practicalities, benefits and salary

- Work-life balance is built into how we operate, giving you the flexibility to enjoy life outside of work. We have flextime and flexible working hours.
- The salary in this role ranges between 36-40K SEK depending on your know-how. This role would be based in our Malmö office.
- Our work is built to be remote: alongside building strong in-person collaboration, our flexible work-from-home policy means that teams agree together how often to come into the office (usually 1-2 days a week).
- Twice a year we gather as a whole company to build in-person relationships.

- Background in visual design, preferably with experience in B2B/SaaS.
- Proficiency in working with visual identity guidelines.
- Strong eye for order and structure, aligning with Scandinavian, clean design language.
- Strong grasp of visual design software, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects). Keynote / Google Slides as we're doing a bunch of presentations at the moment. Familiarity with project management tools like Confluence or Jira, experience with Webflow, video editing capabilities (e.g., creating videos, making gifs), and basic coding skills for Webflow customization are seen as a plus.
