About the Role

You'll be part of a team delivering advanced motion planning solutions for driver assistance and autonomous driving systems. The role includes end-to-end responsibility for features like Traffic Assist, Lane Change Assist, Curve Speed Assist, and Risk Mitigation Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative algorithms for advanced autonomous driving features.
• Implement robust C++14 code to enable cutting-edge motion planning capabilities.
• Test and validate features both in simulation environments and on the road.
• Analyze and refine requirements, ensuring a perfect balance between innovation and practicality.
• Collaborate closely within a dynamic team of five developers and a Product Owner in an agile setup.
• Leverage SQL and Python scripts for feature evaluation based on test-drive data.
• Actively contribute to a mission that prioritizes comfort, safety, and the future of driving.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Adaptive Systems, Mechatronics, or a similar field.
• Driver's License: A Swedish B license is mandatory for on-road testing.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Embedded C++ development.
• Background in AD/ADAS systems development.
• Comprehensive experience in coding, testing (including on-target testing), and working with requirements.
• Experience with productification and scaling of software solutions.
