As a Team Lead at Betsson Group, you will lead a team of talented people and take overall responsibility for team performance. As the Team Lead, you will take an active role in driving the delivery of your team and promoting a healthy team spirit and culture. You will also participate as a developer in designing and developing next generation Engagement products for the iGaming industry.
ABOUT THE JOB
As part of this team, you will use cutting edge technology to develop highly scalable and resilient application. As a team lead you will also enable us to get these applications into the hands of our users safely, quickly, and sustainably. In Engagement Area, We develop products to boost customer engagement. Our goal is to provide the best customer experience on the market, and we do that through personalized communication, interesting and fun promotions, and gamification. We work closely with our commercial users to ensure we deliver the best CRM tools and products. All designed and developed by us and delivered safely, quickly and sustainably using best-if-bread technologies and processes.

As a Team Lead and Backend Developer, your day to day will look like:
- People management, mentoring and coaching developers, taking part in recruiting and onboarding, performance reviews, personal development planning and 1-to-1's.
- Close collaboration with Product Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
- Software development according to modern best practices and principles.
- Taking part in the decision-making process for design or improvement of application architecture, solution development, architecture, and code review
- Experience in software development for more than 5 years
- Experience of managing teams of software engineers
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Agile mindset, business goals orientation
- Excellent knowledge and experience in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
