We are seeking a TA Specialist to support our Nordics (Göteborg, and Aarhus) business. The role will be based on site in our Göteborg, terminal with travel to Aarhus expected monthly/quarterly.

Key responsibilities

Your main responsibilities are:

• Partner with Hiring Managers and People Partners on end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a positive Hiring Manager and candidate experience always
• Direct sourcing and screening of passive candidates
• Serve as a credible sparring partner for People Partners/HR Managers regarding talent attraction & acquisition, working on proactive recruitment forecasts with Hiring Managers.
• Identifying and maintaining relevant talent pools/ pipeline for the critical roles
• Staying updated with the external talent market and recruitment trends
• Identifying opportunities to implement employer branding initiatives
• Identify improvement opportunities in recruitment processes and raise them
• Attend career fairs and other relevant events

What/who we are looking for

You consider yourself a 'Talent hunter', passionate about matching talent to business needs and well versed in the technical tools and processes within the recruitment domain. You are excited about putting your deep expertise at work in the transition into new technology and processes at Maersk. You would like to play a key role in building the future recruitment service and solutions.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

• Solid hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within a complex international organization
• Recruitment experience for both office-based and non-office based (frontline workers) particularly in the sector of transport & logistics, engineering or Supply Chain.
• Candidate-centric mindset
• Forward thinking, agile and data-driven mindset and approach
• Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,
• Collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions
• Fluency in English, Swedish and Danish.
• Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timescales and scope
• Excellent communication skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix and to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, clients and candidates=
