Components is a key business unit within Hitachi Energy, based in Ludvika, Sweden. We develop, sell and produces Bushings and Tap-Changers, both vital for all Power Transformers. We are part of delivering a safe way of transferring electricity while keeping losses at a minimum. If your answer is "YES", we at Components are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to be included in a small, tight team who supports each other in a high pasted environment with great atmosphere. We are looking for a team player who is driven, structured and has a result-oriented mindset.
You will be in close collaboration with our suppliers, have a key function role to keep our system up to date and collaborate on a global arena with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to drive and/or participate in continuous improvement projects both globally and locally.
This role is located in Ludvika with the possibility to work remote up to two days per week.

Your responsibilities
- Request for quotes from our suppliers
- Coordinate tasks between engineering, logistics and the global supply chain organization
- Apply and implement SCM standards, ERP-tools, and processes to ensure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability
- Support in trade topics to make sure we are trade compliant Improve, support, and implement new and revised drawings
- Support project procurement and collaborate with your team to resolve issues related to procurement quality, delivery, and cost
- Coordinate, collaborate, guide, and support the business in SCM topics
Your background
- You preferably hold a degree within purchase, business administration or logistics
- Experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics from industry is a plus
- You are a curious person with the drive to challenge yourself and the organization for continuous improvement.
- Good communication and networking skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well versed in MS tools - Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Power BI
- Knowledge in programming, SAP and/or ERP is a plus
- Good knowledge in Swedish and proficiency in English is required.
