To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• 2 - 8 years of relevant professional experience within consulting and/or experience in strategy, customer experience, sales, customer service and / or field service.
• A commercial orientation with the ability to create value and identify new opportunities for our clients.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Good leadership skills and the ability to lead projects and people.
• The ability to build and maintain a business network across key client accounts
• The capability to handle high-paced projects with ownership and execution requirements.
• A Master's degree in a relevant field with good results.
• A methodical, analytical, and systematic approach.
• Fluency in English (fluency in Swedish meritorious).
