Overview of the Role:
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Salesforce in Sweden, you will work with strategic accounts across organisations with 1,500+ employees. Partnering with customers across the full Salesforce AI CRM and Agentforce platform, you will act as a trusted advisor - developing deep insight into complex enterprise business dynamics and helping shape customers' transformation agendas. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage senior stakeholder relationships across an assigned portfolio of enterprise accounts in Sweden, driving customer satisfaction and long-term growth
- Build and execute long-term account strategies aligned to customer business objectives, coordinating with Specialist Cloud sales and Solution Engineering resources
- Identify and develop new opportunities across existing accounts and whitespace prospects, using the full Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce portfolio
- Perform structured account planning to align internal Salesforce resources with customer needs and drive expansion
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS or software sales experience, including managing complex deal structures and commercial proposals for large enterprise accounts
- Proven ability to lead internal stakeholder teams in a client-facing environment and engage credibly with both operational and C-suite decision-makers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills, with a demonstrated appetite for strategic selling environments
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with the right to work in Sweden and ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days per week in the office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience coordinating and strategising within a large, extended internal sales team
- Familiarity with Agentforce, AI-driven CRM, or multi-cloud Salesforce selling motions
