Job Description

As a Software Project Leader, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. You will work with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into actionable product requirements, ensure that the product aligns with our overall business objectives and lead a talented group of developers in the design, development, and deployment of innovative cloud and mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

• Product Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.
• Product Backlog: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog and monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Collect detailed requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear and concise user stories and technical specifications.
• Agile Methodology: Drive agile practices, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver value iteratively.
• Team Guidance: Inspire, motivate and develop a team of Cloud, Firmware and mobile developers, fostering a high-performance work environment.
• Continuous Learning: stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in IoT, embedded systems, and Agile methodologies to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in developing IoT solutions for embedded systems.
• Proven track record in applying agile methodologies, including experience in Product Owner or Scrum Master roles.
• Proven ability to lead and manage diverse, cross-functional teams across various cultures.
• Proven ability to effectively gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, fostering collaboration and driving results.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in English
