Stena Group IT is expanding and looking for experienced Software Engineers and Software Architects to help us build, enhance, and modernize our diverse set of software tools.
What We Offer
At Stena Group IT, we are forming a new Software Engineering team dedicated to creating custom tools, scripts, and libraries tailored to our unique needs. You'll work on a variety of projects, from building small web applications to automating internal processes, and developing frameworks that streamline development across the Stena sphere.
You'll have the opportunity to design maintainable software architectures, implement best practices, and evolve solutions over time. Collaboration is key, as you'll regularly engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust, user-friendly tools.
About You
We're looking for someone who is proficient in:
Software Architecture
Software Engineering practices including design patterns and their impacts
Git and its various usage models
Python
Agile methodologies
Starting new software projects from scratch
Additionally, it's desirable if you have experience with:
Azure
C#
Software integration tools and their cloud counterparts like Azure Integration Services
Swedish language skills or a willingness to learn
Your Background
A MSc in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of software engineering experience
