What you'll do
The Subject Matter Expert (SME) role within Pharmaceutical Production will providing specialized knowledge and expertise to a certain area. The specific subject could be regarding packaging equipment, filling equipment, packaging line or labeling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, optimize manufacturing procedures, and support the resolution of complex production challenges.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance within your area
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent complex production-related issues.
• Support the development and implementation of new production processes, technologies, and equipment.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs to improve the knowledge and capabilities of production personnel.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance

Qualifications:

• Degree in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, with a proven track record in a subject matter expert or senior technical role within packaging equipment, filling equipment, packaging line or labeling.
• Strong experience of working towards different suppliers (for production equipment)
• In-depth knowledge of GMP
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Experience with troubleshooting, process optimization, and root cause analysis in a production environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
