Senior Software Technical Coordinator

Insights from the team
This is the team that coordinate and facilitate different activities across several agile teams and Agile Release Trains within Zenseact as well as with customers in order to deliver safety critical software according to customer expectations.
The team members have extensive experience of software development and the team is part of the Agile Release Train System & Features.

Your mission and day to day tasks
Together with your team you will analyse, coordinate and facilitate complex challenges where many teams are involved. Here are some examples:

• Perform Software Lead activities. Coordinate and synchronise software integration and delivery
• Support Customer Program Managers in technical discussions and planning
• Support the Agile Release Trains in technical discussions and planning
• Drive solutions to technical impediments that spread across ARTs and multiple external stakeholders
• Facilitate alignment on dependencies related to integration and delivery
• Support and facilitate configuration management
• Support the organisation being a reference in both technical and process related topics

Qualification and Experience
Most likely you have a background as a skilled and passionate Software Engineer and may have had the role of Software Lead or technical Release Train Engineer or similar. As a person you have a positive and entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset.
We believe that the following is important:

• You have experience from working with safety critical embedded software in the car industry
• We believe that you enjoy driving change and solving challenges in collaboration with many different contributors
• You are used to work with different personalities and have excellent communication skills
• You like to support others and explain the way forward
• You like to create order and structure when needed
• You have an ability to both zoom in to details and zoom out to get an overview
• You enjoy driving tasks to completion

Flexible-remote way of working: Zenseact has a flexible and modern approach, thus is happy to offer to its employees the possibility for a combination of work at the office and from home. This doesn't include fully remote work from outside Sweden/China.
