Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Service Desk Agent to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Troubleshoot and install systems primarily in a Windows environment.
Resolve both hardware and software issues efficiently and effectively.
Manage and register cases using the company's case management system.
Provide support for Office applications (O365), Windows 7/10, Outlook, and network-related issues, including TCP/IP.
Administer authorizations and rights in Active Directory.
Deliver support via phone, remote tools like TeamViewer, and on-site assistance.
What you bring:
At least 2 years of experience in technical support/helpdesk or 1 year of experience combined with IT training.
Strong computer skills and a demonstrated interest in IT.
Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience working with case management systems and troubleshooting Office applications (O365) and Windows environments.
A meticulous and responsible approach, with a strong passion for troubleshooting and teamwork.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with PowerShell scripting.
An interest in problem management.
Knowledge of IP telephony systems, particularly Cisco.
