Job Title: Recruiter (Senior 4-7 Years)

Location: The successful candidate will join a team consisting of 7 recruiters in total, the majority based in Malmö, Sweden so this would be the preferred location. Onsite policy: 2-3 days/week

Duration: 6-12 month contract

Background:

Client is looking for a people-passionate recruiter with a senior experience, CLIENT'S values and available to start asap!

As one of the inhouse recruiters are leaving the team we need to have a replacement by February 1st.

Scope of the assignment the consultant will be supporting various functions across the organization but won't have a dedicated function yet. Instead, they'll help where there's a need.

Key areas of support include:
• Marketing
• Procurement
• Communication
• HR

The role will cover the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads, scheduling interviews, conducting tests, managing interviews, checking references, and handling contracts.

The recruitment team is currently experiencing a high workload, and they are looking for a senior recruiter who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate should be self-driven-able to work independently without needing much direction. It's important that they are not hesitant to ask questions when needed, but they should be capable of finding their own way and managing complex recruitment processes.

Desired skills and experience:
• Recruitment experience (3-5 years at least), preferably recruitment experience within Retail.
• If possible previous CLIENT'S experience would be a great benefit but not a must have.

Top requirements:
• Stakeholder Management since this person will connect with a lot of senior stakeholders.
• Swedish/ NL Labour Law understanding
• Great communication and project management skills.
• We have a lot of recruitment processes ongoing at the same time and this person needs to be up and running quickly.
