Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IT Security Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop and enhance processes and routines within the IT security domain.

Define requirements, evaluate the IT security landscape, and propose new initiatives for improvement.

Ensure compliance with security baselines and other IT security requirements.

Provide guidance and support to projects and development initiatives on IT security architecture and solutions.

Lead or participate in investigations of security issues and conduct technical risk analyses of existing IT systems and environments to identify threats and vulnerabilities.

Contribute to and further develop the handling of IT and information security incidents.

Support the organization in mapping and formalizing IT and business processes, including documenting information flows and dependencies between systems and processes.

What you bring:

At least three years of experience conducting risk and vulnerability analyses for IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.

At least three years of experience designing, implementing, and evaluating security solutions within IT infrastructure, server, and system platforms.

Strong knowledge in areas such as:

Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Network security.

Encryption.

Logging and vulnerability management.

Penetration testing.

Solid understanding of threat modeling, risk assessment techniques, and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST).

Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
