We are looking for a Senior Growth Engineer to help us take our platform to the next level! The position is full-time and based in Stockholm.

How you will make an impact

Acquisition is seeking an experienced Growth Engineer with a strong focus on frontend development and user acquisition/growth to join our team. You'll play a vital role in optimizing our conversion rate and shaping the first impression of visitors' interaction with Epidemicsound.com. You'll work on public pages, signup flows, and the necessary tools and infrastructure required for user acquisition.

What you'll do

• Collaborate closely with product teams, SEO team, and Performance Marketing team to drive growth and conversion rate optimization
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze data to improve user experience
• Act as an architect, taking ownership of complex technical projects, including planning, cross-team collaboration, and impact evaluation
• Utilize your expertise in frontend web development technologies such as Typescript, React, Next.js, HTML, and CSS
• Leverage your experience in backend development, particularly in Python and/or frameworks like Django
• Fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture
• Embrace agile development processes, including pair and mob programming, to share knowledge

What you'll bring

• Experience from working as a fullstack developer, with focus on frontend development
• Strong knowledge using Typescript, React, HTML and CSS
• Experience from working with full stack frameworks like Django or Ruby on Rails.
• Strong interest in user growth, A/B testing, and interest and knowledge in experimentation and product analytics
• Experience working with web application performance, reliability, monitoring, and CI/CD

It would also be music to our ears if you have/are:

• Familiar with SEO practices
• Knowledge of CMS systems
