Are you ready for a senior role to help us enhance our Savings capabilities? Do you want responsibility for compliance, process monitoring, fraud prevention, and regulatory adherence? If so, consider this opportunity.
As the first line of defense, you'll manage risks within business divisions. Your role involves identifying, assessing, controlling, and managing these risks, ensuring decisions are well-informed and compliant. You'll establish and oversee internal controls, both preventive and detective, undertaken daily.
About the role
You will proactively manage processes, legal updates, and roadmaps according to regulations. If plans are absent, you'll create and communicate them clearly. Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, and Corporate & Investment Banking teams. You will act as the go-to expert for savings regulations and risk management within the area. Reporting to the Head of Savings, you'll minimize first line risks and support your colleagues in the Savings team.

For success in this role, you should be an energetic team player capable of driving improvements independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of financial markets, funds, equities, investment advice solutions, and distribution is essential. Leadership experience in risk management and regulatory transformations is required.
You must have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, proficiency in Excel and PPT, and the ability to document tasks and respond to SFSA and ESMA inquiries. Familiarity with the Mifiid II regulatory landscape is crucial. With 7-10+ years of relevant experience, a Swedsec License is required, while IDD is beneficial. A relevant academic degree is also necessary.
