Senior Content Producer

Are you a seasoned Producer with a passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional games? We're looking for a Senior Content Producer to manage a cross-functional strike team and feature development, execute the Game Director's vision, and drive content production from planning to release.

In this role, you'll oversee milestones, schedules, and budgets while collaborating closely with senior leadership to ensure the game's vision comes to life. You'll lead with expertise, tackling risks, mentoring talent, and presenting progress to executive stakeholders.

This is a permanent position based in one of our studios, with the option to work from home up to two days per week.

What you will do:

Managing a content strike team of cross functional talents, drivingfeature development.

Executing the vision of the Game Director.

Defining, planning, and executing milestones in line with the project's overall milestone and release schedule.

Collaborate closely with Principal and Senior Producers to ensure game content production aligns with the game's vision.

Creating, updating, and tracking goals, schedules and budgets.

Controlling and reporting progress on each area of the project.

Presenting the project progress at various update meetings.

Tracking and managing issues and risks on an ongoing basis as well as proactively providing associated mitigation and resolution strategies.

Who you are:

Possess 5+ years as a Producer in the games industry, with Senior/Leadership experience.

Have directexperiencemanaging content teams and feature development.

Have a deep understanding of the challenges and requirements associated with the production and release of onlinegames.

Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully shipping AAA-qualitygames.

Expertise in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using tools.

Have a strong ability to manage, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams while aligning with the Game Director's vision.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting project progress to executives.
